Submersible Halogen-Free Flexible Cables — EPDM/Polyurethane
A halogen-free, flame-retardant flexible cable engineered for demanding industrial and marine environments. The EPDM rubber insulation and polyurethane (PUR) sheath deliver excellent resistance to water, oil, abrasion, and temperature extremes — from −40 °C to +90 °C in static conditions.
Construction highlights:
Plain annealed copper conductor, stranded to IEC 60228 Class 5
EPDM rubber insulation, Type EI6
Halogen-free polyurethane compound sheath, Type TM4
Flame-retardant to IEC 60332-1
Standards: EN50525, HD22.10, VDE0282-10, AS/NZS 3808
Applications: Power cord for machinery, motors, construction sites, shipyards, agriculture, and refrigeration. Suitable for dry, humid, and wet areas under medium mechanical stress.
Ratings: 300/500 V and 450/750 V · 0.75–6.0 mm² · 2–5 cores
Submersible Halogen-Free Flexible Cables (EPDM/Polyurethane)
Engineered for water, oil, abrasion, and extreme temperatures.
Built for the harshest environments
When standard cables fail under moisture, oil, or constant flexing, this halogen-free EPDM/PUR cable keeps power flowing. The polyurethane sheath resists abrasion, oil, and hydrolysis, while EPDM insulation maintains flexibility from −40 °C to +90 °C.
