Agkabel/EMV cables have been designed for connection of AC Variable speed drives and incorporates a copper tapeplus a split earth cores for optimum screening performance of low and high frequencies (RFl) and electormagnetic (EMI’so that RFl/EMl may not react with other devices outside the plant.The screening should be earthed at both ends usingEMC compatible glands that ensure contact around the circumference of the cable screening.
